This BBQ spaghetti casserole is delicious!
Looking for a simple midweek dinner? That’s it! This simple pasta bake doesn’t take time to assemble and is so good. You can use any type of BBQ sauce your family likes. I used hickory, honey and mesquite and they were all fantastic. If you have leftovers, they’ll warm up great! Add our simple garlic cheese biscuits.
Ingredients required for the BBQ spaghetti casserole:
Grated cheddar cheese
Recipe Notes: You can easily make this dish with ground turkey or pork. My family likes cheddar cheese, but you can use cheese that your family enjoys.

BBQ spaghetti casserole
This dish makes an easy weekday dinner and is delicious!
Servings: 6th Servings
- 1 lb Spaghetti pasta
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Cup diced green pepper
- 1 Cup diced white onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cups of BBQ sauce
- 8th Ounces of tomato sauce
- 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain. Fry the chopped garlic, minced meat, green bell pepper and white onion in a large pan on the stove. Gutter.
Add liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce and tomato sauce to the meat and stir. Spray a 9X13 baking pan with cooking spray. Mix the spaghetti pasta and meat mixture in a large bowl. Add a cup of cheddar cheese.
Transfer to a 9X13 baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
