Coldwell Banker has partnered with Supreme Auctions to help brokers sell luxury homes and learn about the ins and outs of the auction room in a free course.
With a new partnership with Coldwell Banker’s Supreme Auctions auction platform, Coldwell Banker’s agents now have another tool to help their luxury customers.
Supreme Auctions’ accelerated marketing program enables Coldwell Bankers Global Luxury Property Specialists to list properties on the Supreme Auctions platform. The platform’s team will help market the property to international buyers and facilitate the sale.

In addition to providing another way to list and market properties, Supreme Auctions also offers a free luxury certification course to help brokers understand the auction process, the various classifications of auctions, the benefits of selling and buying luxury properties at auctions, and the benefits of the auction process for both the home seller and the broker.

In an email interview with Inman, Altneu shared further insight into the partnership and said Supreme Auctions was their first choice.
