A £ 230 million job building housing in West London over the next 15 years has been advertised.
The London borough of Hillingdon is looking for a long-term development partner for the redevelopment of the Hayes Town Center and Avondale Drive properties.
The program provides for the existing 404 apartments in both locations to be flattened and replaced by new neighborhoods with around 750 new apartments.
Hybrid building applications for the redevelopment of both settlements are currently being processed.

The contract has an initial term of 10 years and can be extended for a further five years.
The closing date for entries is August 26th, the call for applications is to take place on September 8th.
