Crock Pot Hamburgers and Beans is an easy home cooked crock pot recipe that your family and friends will enjoy. This crock pot hamburgers and beans recipe goes a long way and is great to serve when you have people just hanging out, watching ball games and entertaining the family. You can serve this with grated cheese as a side dish, with nachos or a salad with a meal.

Required Ingredients for Hamburger and Beans:

Ground beef

onion

Green pepper

garlic

Pork-n-Beans

Kidney beans

Red beans

Diced tomatoes with green chillies

tomatosoup

salt

Black pepper

Pinch of cayenne pepper or several drops of hot sauce (optional)

Worcester sauce

Mushroom pieces

Liquid smoke, (optional)

Tips for Liquid Smoke: Gives dishes and recipes a smoky taste. Usually found in the aisle with spices or condiments. (I find it close to Worcestershire Sauce or Hot Sauce). Great to add to your homemade barbecue sauces. Great with meat and fish. Popular flavors are hickory and mesquite. Use it sparingly but add whatever you’d like for a smoky taste. It is all natural.

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb Minced meat
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 small green pepper chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 1 16 ounce can of pork-n-beans, drained
  • 1 15.5 ounce can of kidney beans, drained
  • 1 15.5 ounce can of red beans, drained
  • 1 10 ounce can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, do not drain
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can of tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • prize Cayenne pepper or several drops of hot sauce Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 4 ounce canned mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (Optional)
  • Fry the ground beef, onion, green bell pepper and garlic in the pan on the stove. Drain. Add to the saucepan with the rest of the ingredients.

  • Cook on a low heat for about 4 hours until the flavors have mixed. Makes a 3-liter crock pot about three-quarters full. Serve with toppings of your choice or with corn bread for a great meal.
