HBS will provide a combined plumbing and heating, electrical and EV charging package for 115 properties on the David Wilson parcel. It is part of the wider development on Harbor Place, with 205 properties currently under construction for the Barratt Homes brand.

Harbor Place is the newest location that David Wilson’s Southampton office has awarded to HBS. It follows on from building technology contracts that have been successfully concluded at several locations over the past few years. These include Quarter Jack Park, Canford Paddock, Saxon Corner, Madgwick Park, and New Quarter.
