- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Butter stick or 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup melted
- 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups Desiccated coconut or shredded coconut

Place graham crackers in a sandwich bag and mash with a rolling pin until you have 2 cups of crumbs. Mix the crumbs well with the melted butter. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray and pat the crumb mixture to the bottom of the pan. Bake this in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Mix the milk with the coconut in a bowl with a spoon. Spread on the graham cracker crust and return to the 350-degree oven for another 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Return to the 350-degree oven for another 5 minutes, or just until the chocolate chips are warm enough to spread with a knife. Let cool in the fridge. Cut into small squares. Makes about 30 pieces, depending on the size you cut the bars
