Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Cake is a no-bake cake!
Peanut butter chocolate banana cake is easy to throw up when you need a quick dessert. Your guests and family will love it. The first thing that springs to mind when I make a dessert is chocolate and how to add it to a recipe. Chocolate alcoholics are like that. We don’t think it’s a dessert if it doesn’t have chocolate in it.
Required Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Cake:
Graham cracker crust
Crunchy peanut butter
1 (3.4 oz) packet of vanilla instant pudding (could use banana or banana cream pudding)
Cool whip or whipped cream
This simple cake will be loved by your family and you can easily prepare it in advance. This cake is super refreshing on a hot day!
Recipe feedback: “I made the peanut butter chocolate banana cake tonight and it’s a winner! Absolutely delicious and still so easy! Thanks for so many great recipes. ”- Roberta
“It’s a delicious cake … easy to make too! I made 6 of these for dinner on Wednesday night at church last night and everyone loved the cake. The only thing I changed was that I used a baked pie crust … just personal preference and a little more economical as I’m on a budget. Thanks for the recipe. I’ll put this on my dessert rotation. ”- Kathy

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Cake
This is a no-bake cake that you will bake over and over again.
- 1 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 1/2 Cup crispy peanut butter
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips
- 1 3.4-ounce packet of vanilla instant pudding (could use banana or banana cream pudding)
- 3 Bananas cut
- 1 Cup milk
- Cool whip or whipped cream
- Lemon juice
Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small microwaveable bowl and turn the microwave on high for about 35 to 40 seconds, until creamy enough to mix with a spoon. Spread on the bottom of the cake base. Peel and slice the bananas and drizzle with lemon juice to keep them from turning black. In another bowl with an electric mixer, mix the pudding mixture with a cup of milk. Fold in the bananas and place the pudding in the refrigerator for about five minutes until it starts to set.
Spoon on the cake base and spread with a spoon. Spread the whipped cream over the entire cake. Can be garnished with banana slices or chocolate chips. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
With this cake you can let your imagination run free. You could mash the vanilla wafers and add them to the pudding along with the bananas. You can also add nuts. It’s very rich and creamy, and so easy to make!
