The British branch of the Spanish company Pacadar will manufacture the tunnel lining at its plant on the Isle of Grain in Kent.
It will be the largest order the precast specialist has ever delivered in the UK and will secure 180 jobs.
The segments will be used for the first tunnel boring machine drives in London when two giant machines come onto the market in early 2022.
Production will begin at the factory in January next year and the materials will then be delivered by rail to the launch site in West Ruislip, where construction of the two-channel, 5-mile Northolt Tunnel West will begin.
Over 160,000 m²3rd Concrete is used for the 7 ton segments that form a tunnel with an outside diameter of 9.5 meters and a thickness of 0.35 meters.
Each complete ring consists of seven segments and a key.

We are building 26 miles of twin tube tunnels covering the 13 mile stretch between West Ruislip and Euston and drilling up to 50 meters underground.
