How to make old fashioned sweet bread
This recipe for Old Fashioned Sweet Bread is wonderful. You will do it again and again.
Servings: 1 loaf
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 6th tablespoon butter melted
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3/4 Cup white granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl.
Add the buttermilk, butter, vanilla extract, sugar and eggs. Stir well with a spoon.
Pour into a 9 x 5 bread pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in the preheated 350-degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the mean tests are done.
Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
