Three-ingredient peanut butter cookies
You won’t find a simpler peanut butter cookie recipe. Plus, they’re great!
- 1 Cup crispy peanut butter I use the extra crispy ones because I like the nuts, but you can use the smooth ones too.
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup sugar
Mix all ingredients, roll into walnut-sized balls and press flat. Can be sprinkled with sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
I made these cookies with Splenda and they are just as good.
